Our stay at Kaiserhof was quite mixed. The location offered breathtaking views, but it also felt isolated and pricey. The dining was magnificent, especially the dinner offerings, but service and room cleaning could definitely use improvement.
Our stay at the Kaiserhof was a bit of a mixed bag. On the plus side, the hotel has stylish design and outstanding food quality, especially the 6-course dinners that were a real treat. However, we found ourselves frustrated by the overall service, especially with the lack of knowledge from reception staff about local activities and ski options. Given the high price tag of €1000 per night, I expected a much more attentive experience and better amenities, especially for a family trip. Overall, it wasn't quite the memorable experience we had hoped for.

However, it would have been nice to have a hot tub to unwind in after a day on the slopes, and while the location is fantastic for skiing, it might feel a bit remote for those wanting nightlife.
